55 minute class one day per week
Monday- 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:30 pm, or 7:30 pm
Tuesday-4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, or 6:00 pm
Wednesday-9:30 am, 10:30 am, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm
Thursday-6:00 pm or 7:00 pm
Friday-9:30 am
Saturday-9:30 am
This class will focus on introducing beginning gymnastics skills!
We will introduce rolls, handstands and cartwheels. As well as bridges and backbends!
We will learn how to control our bodies, positions and what all our body can do!
When we develop one skill, we will add more skills! We keep things fun, but repetition is key when learning gymnastics. So, while the format of class is the same? The things we do every week, CHANGE!
Your child will gain balance on the beam, strength on the bars and learn many gymnastics skills!
You will see your child grow this season!
