One day per week for 45 minutes

•Monday 9:30 am, 6:30 or 7:30 pm

•Tuesday 4:00 pm

•Wednesday 9:30 am, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:15 pm

Thursday 5:00 and 6:00 pm

Saturday 9:30 and 10:30 am

Cost

There will be 5-6 children per teacher, when split into groups.

Our instructors are trained to identify the appropriate skills needed for your child’s skill level.

45 minutes of gymnastics FUN!

Your child will begin learning a simple class structure, how to stay with a coach and socialize with other children their age.

Classes always have the same format to learn the flow of the gym.

We begin with a warm up, where we learn to stretch, body positions and also listening skills.

We then begin moving! We incorporate the bars, beam, vaulting boards and tumbltrak into every class. They develop balance, coordination, strength and confidence!

Floor skills will include beginning rolls, handstands and cartwheels. They will get to experience ways their body moves-upside, sideways, backwards.

We will climb, crawl, jump and more! We also use balls, hoops, bells and many more “toys”, to help with hand Eye coordination and motor skills.

Social skills, independence and growth is BOUND to be FOUND this year during class!
