Info about our 2025 GOLD MEDAL awards
Every child enrolled in our May 2025 classes (Spring enrollment) will get a medal!
Schedule, info & rules
You will be invited into the gym, the week of May 12-17, during the last 20 minutes of your child’s normal class time. You will not be called or texted to come in the gym. The coaches will open the doors and announce for you to come in! Please take this to memory, if you decide to wait in your car until awards time!
A max of two adults are allowed in the gym, per enrolled student. If possible, please do not drive separately, as we are trying to keep parking lot free from crowding.
We are doing our part with scheduling, but need your help to keep the parking lot and waiting room free from crowding.
SIBLINGS-if siblings are old enough to stay in the waiting room, please have them do so. If adults are in the waiting rooms at any time, they will need to always have a chair!
If siblings have to come into the gym area with you? You must hold them or they MUST stay right beside you, during the duration of the time you are there.
ONLY ENROLLED students will be allowed on any equipment, as well as, any part of this special day.
Please do not make our coaches have to take their attention away from our hard working enrolled students, to tend to siblings. This is not a free day for guest or siblings to participate in the class.
Once invited inside the gym-
Students will show off their skills on equipment!
We will then present GOLD medals! Have your camera ready!
We will have our new Photo Booth available for a special photo! This is for you and your student, to take a phtoo! To ensure this runs fast and smoothly, each family is allowed one photo op!
This is a VERY special day! Please help us make sure each parent enjoys this time with their student!
